One of the primary goals of this project was extensive exterior rot repair. Over time, exposure to the elements can cause damage to siding and trim, compromising both the appearance and integrity of a home. Our team carefully removed the affected materials and replaced them with new, durable siding and trim to restore the home’s exterior and provide long-lasting protection.
In addition to the exterior repairs, we replaced an aging heating system with a new, more reliable and efficient system. Upgrading outdated mechanical systems not only improves comfort and performance but also helps homeowners reduce maintenance concerns for years to come.
The project also included the replacement of a roadside fence. The new fence provides improved functionality, enhances the property’s appearance, and creates a welcoming first impression from the road.
