Experienced Carpenters

  • Demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship with a strong focus on precision, quality, and high-end finishes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete work accurately and according to project requirements.
  • Utilize and maintain the tools and equipment required to perform skilled trade work safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards, building codes, and established safety practices.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a skilled construction trade (e.g., carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, or finish work).

Estimator

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates by reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and develop complete bid proposals.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams throughout the preconstruction and bidding process.
  • 5+ years of construction industry experience, including 2+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience preferred.

Project Manager / Superintendent

  • Manage daily job site operations by coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, schedules, and project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, clients, inspectors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure work is completed accurately and in accordance with plans.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and safety by leading crews, enforcing standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role overseeing field operations and project execution.
