One of the biggest additions to this Bromley Mountain condo was a new breezeway, creating a practical transition between spaces while providing much-needed storage.
With Bromley Mountain just outside the door, storage for skis, boots, jackets, helmets, and other outdoor gear was an important part of the design. The new space gives the homeowners a dedicated place to keep mountain gear organized and out of the main living areas.
It’s a functional addition that makes coming and going during ski season easier while adding valuable usable space to the condo.
Bathroom Renovation: From Outdated to Clean & Modern
The existing bathroom featured dated green tile that made the space feel ready for an update. We completely refreshed the room with a cleaner, more modern design.
A new tiled shower became a focal point of the renovation, bringing an updated look while creating a bathroom that feels brighter, more polished, and better suited to the rest of the renovated condo.

Custom Shelving in the Family Room
In the family room, we added shelving to provide additional storage and display space without sacrificing the comfortable atmosphere of the room.
The new shelving makes better use of the available wall space and gives the homeowners a place to organize everyday items, display décor, and personalize the room. It’s a simple addition that brings both function and character to the main living area.
A New Trex Deck Built for the Mountains
Outside, the condo’s outdated red deck was replaced with a new Trex deck, giving the exterior an immediate upgrade.
Beyond its updated appearance, the new deck was designed with durability and mountain weather in mind. A drainage system was incorporated into the project to help manage water and protect the space below.
Trex decking provides the finished look of a beautiful outdoor living space with less maintenance—an especially valuable feature for a Vermont mountain property exposed to changing seasons, snow, rain, and moisture.
