Exterior Completion
From the outside, this garage makes a strong first impression. The bold blue siding paired with crisp white trim creates a clean, modern look that stands out against the surroundings. Black garage doors and fixtures add contrast and tie everything together for a sharp, finished appearance.
A covered lean-to on the side adds extra versatility—perfect for additional storage, workspace, or protection from the elements.
Interior – Built for Function
Inside, Phase One focused on creating a highly functional and organized workspace.
The space features:

- A utility sink for convenience
- Bright, efficient lighting throughout
- Clean wood finishes that bring warmth to the space

With the downstairs now complete, the next phase of this project will focus on the upstairs apartment. This will transform the structure into a multi-purpose space—adding comfortable living quarters above a fully functional garage.
