Manchester Phase Two Renovation: Exterior Transformation
After completing Phase 1—focused entirely on the interior—we shifted our attention outward. Phase 2 was all about transforming the exterior of the house and giving it the curb appeal to match the work happening inside.
This stage included new siding, updated trim, and a fresh coat of paint—elements that would ultimately define the home’s overall character.

The home’s updated siding brings a clean, modern look while maintaining a timeless charm. The contrast between the deep blue panels and crisp white trim gives the house a fresh, polished appearance that stands out without feeling overdone. The addition of the elevated porch and new entryway also adds depth and character, making the front of the home more inviting and functional.

Adding Solar Panels
Alongside the exterior upgrades, we also took the opportunity to install a solar panel system. Since work was already being done on the roof, it was the ideal time to integrate solar into the project. Planning for this early on made the installation process much smoother and more efficient.
Adding solar wasn’t just a design choice—it was a long-term investment in energy efficiency and sustainability. With the system in place, the home is better equipped to reduce energy costs and rely less on traditional power sources. It’s a feature that not only adds value but also aligns with a more forward-thinking approach to home renovation.
Like any exterior project, timing and coordination were key. Crews worked around weather conditions and balanced multiple tasks—from siding installation to detail work and solar integration—often simultaneously. Seeing the team up on the roof and ladders during this stage really highlights the hands-on effort it takes to bring a project like this to life.
