We’re excited to share progress on one of our latest projects — a custom-built garage with a second-story apartment.
This structure was designed to provide both practical storage and comfortable living space, making it a great solution for homeowners who need additional room for guests, family members, or rental opportunities. The building features a spacious three-bay garage on the main level with a fully framed apartment above.
The exterior showcases a clean, modern farmhouse style with dark vertical siding and crisp white trim that highlights the architectural lines of the building. The steep roofline not only adds character but also allows for generous ceiling height and natural light in the apartment above.
